Panasonic has launched a budget smartphone, Eluga Mark, priced at Rs 11, 990. The handset will be available to buy via offline as well as online retail channels.
The smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS display. The highlight of the smartphone is the fingerprint scanner at the back panel. The company claims that the handset can allow configure up to 8 different fingerprints at a single time.
The Eluga Mark runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
The handset comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options include 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, OTG support and micro USB. The handset also features ambient light sensor, accelerometer, e-compass and proximity sensor.
The dual sim smartphone is backed by a 2500mAh battery. The Eluga Mark smartphone is available in two colour variants- Royal Gold or Metallic Grey.
